- Procurement and listing details: commodities, quantities, locations, quality requirements, delivery expectations and contact details you submit.
- Enquiries: messages you send to suppliers, and the name and email address you provide.

Why we use it
- To operate your account and provide the procurement features you request.
- To match buyer requirements with relevant suppliers and to send related notifications.
- To review and verify supplier listings before they become visible to buyers.

Sharing
We share the details you submit with the counterparties you engage with. For example, when you send an enquiry, the supplier receives your name, email address and message. When you register a listing, your listing details and business contact are visible to buyers. We do not sell personal information.

Data is stored on secured infrastructure and retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to meet legal, accounting and dispute resolution requirements.
