About these terms
This platform is operated by Shatrix Agro Limited. By creating an account, registering a listing, or submitting a procurement requirement you agree to these terms.
Our role
Shatrix Agro is a marketplace that connects buyers and suppliers of agricultural commodities. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not buy, sell, hold, inspect, insure or transport commodities, and we do not guarantee the quantity, quality, price, legality or delivery of any listing.
Listings and verification
Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish. A verified or screened badge indicates that our team reviewed the information supplied at the time of review; it is not a warranty of performance. Listings may be rejected, suspended or removed at our discretion.
Buyer requirements and enquiries
Buyers are responsible for the requirements they post and for conducting their own due diligence before entering into a contract. Enquiries sent through the platform are shared with the relevant supplier.
Acceptable use
- Do not post false, misleading or unlawful content.
- Do not impersonate another business or misrepresent your authority to act for one.
- Do not use the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
Trade and compliance
Users are responsible for complying with applicable Nigerian laws, including sanitary, tax and licensing requirements. Quality inspection, documentation and delivery arrangements are the responsibility of the parties involved.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, Shatrix Agro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or losses arising from transactions between users or from inaccurate listing information.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
